Our five step process to an excellent website.

1. Assessment & Planning

We begin with a discussion to identify exactly what you require from a site. Together, we determine what are your expectations, needs and budget, and then explore the different options possible within these parameters. When we have settled on the most appropriate course for your business, we will then assist you in compiling the information necessary for site construction to take place, and start to work on your new website.

2. Design and Development

We will then start to work on the design format, and our professional content developer will begin to prepare your textual content. We will communicate with you when necessary in order to create a proof design for your consideration. You can have as much input in the design process as you wish, and on completion, the proof site will be published to a 'private' address for you to look at and propose any changes that you wish implemented.

3. Site Publication

Once these changes are made, the site will again be provided for approval, and only upon your instructions will full publication take place to your nominated address. If this is what was agreed, commercial hosting, email forwarding and all associated services are taken care of for you if at this point, and testing also takes place to ensure that each function is operating efficiently.

4. Site promotion

Once it is online, we begin the work of promoting the site, by means of hand submissions to all of the major search engines and relevant directories on your behalf, with monitoring and re-submissions an integral part of our service to you within any of our design packages.

5. Customer Care

Our service does not end with the publication of your site on the Internet. It is only the first step in making your online business a profitable and growing venture.
